Existential Gateway™, LLC ("Existential Gateway," "we," "our," or "us") is a Texas-based limited liability company operating the website at www.existentialgateway.com and its associated services, including AI-powered civic and faith intelligence tools accessible via quantusdata.ai.

By accessing or using any part of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Existential Gateway provides access to AI-powered analysis tools through the following subscription tiers, all managed through QuantusData.ai:

3. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a subscription. Account access is provided via magic link authentication through Supabase. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activity that occurs under it.

Subscription access is tied to the email address used at checkout. Sharing account credentials with others is prohibited and may result in account termination without refund.

4. Billing & Cancellation

All subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Billing occurs on the same day each month from the date of initial subscription. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days at existentialgateway@gmail.com.

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. AI Tools & Content

Our AI tools are powered by OpenAI's GPT-4o API. All analysis, interpretations, and recommendations generated by our tools are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute professional financial, legal, medical, investment, or theological advice.

AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. Always verify important information with qualified professionals before making decisions.

Biblical prophecy analysis, monetary reset tracking, and civic intelligence tools are provided as research and educational tools. We do not predict future events or guarantee the accuracy of prophetic interpretations.

6. File Uploads & Data

Certain subscription tiers allow you to upload files (PDF, CSV, Excel, images) for AI analysis. By uploading files you represent that you have the legal right to share and process that data.

Do not upload: personally identifiable information (PII), protected health information (PHI), social security numbers, financial account numbers, passwords, classified information, or any data you are not authorized to share.

Uploaded files are processed in real-time by OpenAI's API and are not permanently stored on our servers unless you have a Business Plan with data retention enabled.

7. Orgonite Shop & Etsy

Physical orgonite products are sold through our Etsy shop at etsy.com/shop/ExistentialGateway. All purchases, payments, refunds, and shipping for physical products are governed by Etsy's Terms of Use and our Etsy shop policies.

Orgonite products are handmade and ship within 5-7 business days. Each piece is unique — slight variations from product photos are normal and expected.

Orgonite products are sold for their aesthetic and metaphysical properties as understood by the orgonite community. We make no medical or scientific claims about the health effects of orgonite.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise our systems
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce our AI tools or outputs for commercial resale
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI prompts or system architecture
• Use our tools to generate content that harasses, defames, or harms others
• Circumvent subscription tier restrictions through technical means

9. Intellectual Property

All content on existentialgateway.com and quantusdata.ai — including but not limited to the AI tool designs, system prompts, UI, branding, logos, and written content — is the proprietary property of Existential Gateway™, LLC and protected by copyright law.

AI-generated analysis outputs produced using your uploaded data are yours to use. However, you may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of the tool interfaces or underlying technology.

10. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the accuracy of AI-generated content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Existential Gateway™, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Privacy Policy

What We Collect

• Email address — collected at subscription signup, stored in Supabase
• Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details
• Uploaded files — processed in real-time by OpenAI API, not permanently stored (except Business Plan with data retention)
• Usage data — anonymized tool usage analytics to improve our services
• URLs submitted — when you paste URLs into tool text boxes, the content is fetched and sent to OpenAI for analysis

How We Use Your Data

• To authenticate your account and verify subscription status
• To process your subscription payments via Stripe
• To deliver AI analysis results through OpenAI's API
• To send subscription confirmation and support emails
• To send monthly AI analytics reports (Business Plan only)

Third-Party Services

• Supabase — authentication and subscription data storage
• Stripe — payment processing
• OpenAI — AI analysis (your uploaded data and prompts are sent to OpenAI per their privacy policy)
• Etsy — physical product sales and order management
• GitHub Pages — website hosting
• DigitalOcean — AI tool backend hosting

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing existentialgateway@gmail.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days. Note that Stripe retains billing records per their own data retention policies.

Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication only. We do not use tracking cookies or serve third-party advertising cookies on our platform.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. Our subscription services require users to be at least 18 years of age.
